By the Numbers: Tulane 83, Hofstra 62

3: The number of minutes senior center Tomas Bruha played. Returning from knee problems that curtailed his junior year, Bruha simply isn't athletic enough to be a factor and is falling out of the playing rotation after starting the first 10 games. The same thing happened to Grant Fiorentinos last year. Fiorentos started six games early, then disappeared. Sophomore Trevante Drye, who had eight rebounds against Hofstra, gives the Green Wave more rebounding, more energy and more upside than Bruha at this point.

10: The number of seasons it has been since Tulane (10-3) beat any opponent by 21 points away from New Orleans. The Green Wave beat Houston 74-52 in the first round of the Conference USA tournament in 2003 in Louisville, Ky.

13: The number of games in which Tulane forward Josh Davis has scored in double figures this year, in 13 opportunities.
