Nebraska's late surge to find more prospects has netted another new offer for Louisiana tight end Cethan Carter.

Coming off a stellar senior season that saw Carter's team run the table and win the Louisiana state high school championship, college coaches have taken notice. Now, the 6-foot-3, 240-pounder says he's starting to see the attention pick up.
